Mariusz Burdajewicz
I am an independent researcher associated with the École biblique et archéologique française in Jerusalem and the Institute of Archaeology, University of Warsaw. My interests concern Levantine archaeology from the Iron Age throughout the Byzantine and Umayyad periods. I made my PhD at the University of Warsaw. I have received fellowships of the Albright Institute of Archaeological Research, Jerusalem, K. Lanckoronski Foundation at Rome and A.W. Mellon Fellowship, the Albright Institute of Archaeological Research, Jerusalem. I have participated in many archaeological excavations (Nea Paphos, Palmyra, Sha'ar ha-Amakim, Hippos (Sussita) and many others).
